1. Who these terms are for

These terms are an agreement between EPMPro and the company that registers for the service. The person who registers confirms they are authorised to accept these terms on the company's behalf.

2. The service

EPMPro is an AI assistant that answers questions about project data in the company's Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. It reads data only with the signed-in person's own permissions and does not copy the company's SharePoint content into its own storage.

3. The company's responsibilities

• Keep its Microsoft 365 accounts and permissions up to date.
• Make sure its users use the service lawfully and within these terms.
• Name at least one Company Admin at all times.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to access data you are not allowed to see, or to attempt to bypass its safety controls.

5. AI answers

Answers are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Check important information against the source documents linked in each answer.

6. Suspension and termination

EPMPro may suspend a company that breaches these terms. The company may stop using the service at any time; its Company Admins can remove its sites.

7. Changes to these terms

When these terms change materially, Company Admins are asked to accept the new version at their next sign-in.
